Refund policy

PREORDER CANCELLATIONS

The Jesus Necklace — First Edition is a preorder item and will not ship immediately. The current estimated shipping window is late October through early November 2026. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to production or transit delays.

You may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before your order has been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will fall under the return terms below.

If the production timeline changes significantly, customers will be notified using the email address provided at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
