PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

PREORDERS

Devereux Grace may offer certain products for preorder before they are available for immediate shipment. Preorder products will be clearly identified on the applicable product page.

The Jesus Necklace — First Edition preorder requires full payment at checkout. No subscription, recurring charge, or partial-payment plan is associated with this purchase.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING

The Jesus Necklace — First Edition is currently estimated to begin shipping between mid-late October and early November 2026. This timeframe is an estimate and may change because of production, quality-control, carrier, customs, or other delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers will be notified using the email address provided at checkout if the expected shipping timeline changes significantly. Tracking information will be emailed when the order is packaged and shipped.

CANCELLING A PREORDER

Customers may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before their preorder has been fulfilled or shipped.

To request cancellation, email devine2flow@gmail.com and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout

Cancellation is not complete until it has been confirmed by Devereux Grace. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

AFTER SHIPMENT

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. The order will instead be subject to the Devereux Grace Return and Refund Policy.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY DEVEREUX GRACE

If Devereux Grace is unable to fulfill a preorder, the customer will be notified and refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate product or pricing information, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
